研究领域
保乳术与改良根治术在早期乳腺癌生存率上无差异，但改良根治术导致女性乳房丧失、自我形象紊乱。相对改良根治术，保乳术后患者具有较低临床决策冲突和较高生活质量。我国保乳率较低，患者确诊后没有获得足够治疗方案信息。本课题聚焦研究：（1）构建乳此爱我，对乳腺癌生存者开展正念干预，并探索其对患者病耻感的影响；（2）构建乳腺癌临床决策辅助工具，并采用多中心临床随机对照实验探索临床决策辅助工具对保乳率和临床决策冲突影响。
